“Babel T.” was ordered by choir 20.21, which is specialized in creation and interpretation of vocal works from 20th and 21st centuries. It is conducted by Cyrille Colombier. The poem is referring to an Inuit myth about language origins. A new sonorous way of working is imagined; there would be pitches, phonemes, collections, space inter-changing and evolving accents.
