This carol was written to complete a French traditional carol repertoire. It is easy, the rhythm is regular and the melodic line is generous. The choristers can work on the progressive extension of their vocal range. The choir singing in unison is supported by a rich and colorful harmonic piano accompaniment. There is also an optional polyphony at the 2nd verse.
