Francis Pinguet studied that story, including the commentaries given from the beginning to our days. He interviewed Canon Delestre, Rouen and Ram Chandra Mistry. He met people from King’s College Choir and St John’s Choir. This is a republication of “La Revue Musicale.” |

| | This book was created in partnership with the Presses Universitaires de Lyon. It was written by teachers and students of the Centre d’Études et de Recherches sur la Musique, musical IT and medias of the University Lumière Lyon 2 and published with Daniel Paquette. A great section of the book is about Lyon’s history; a baroque and classical musics crossroads. Baroque music is the greatest section of the book. The last part deals with two great songwriters of the 18th century: Jean-Philippe Rameau and Jean-Jacques Rousseau. |
