This Xhosa song is very famous in South Africa. The arrangement by Nestor Zadoff is divided into two parts; the first one is a dialogue between soprano’s parts and the three other parts. The second part is more like a canon between sopranos and tenor performed on fourth and fifth intervals whereas altos and basses are responding in homorhythm.
