| | This score is for a soloist who accompanies a choir with 2 equal voices. The solo section can be performed by a small group because it is very easy and melodic. “Au zoo des Seize” is a line of 16 poems written by the Swiss Emile Gardaz and put it to music for the 16 choristers of the XVI Choir of Fribourg. This choir won the First Prize of the competition of the choral festivals de Tours (1978), of Arezzo (1978), Vienna (1989) and is conducted by the composer André Ducret. He was born in Fribourg (Switzerland) in 1945 where he started music with de Pierre Kaelin, Michel Corboz, Jean Balissat, Eric Ericson. He regularly conducts the Chamber orchestra of Lausanne and the Romandy Orchestra. From 1989 to 1992, he conducted the professional choir of the Swiss-Italian Radio. His talents as a composer are renowned both in the sector of the folk music and in the virtuoso music of contemporary language.

| | This piece can mostly be performed by children with a great vocal range. The lyrics deal with the time going by and childlike feelings inspired by Christmas. Karine Choual read Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tales and stories and then created this sweet composition.
