| | This arrangement was written for the “Tout l’monde chante” edition of year 2013. It’s a choir event organized by Lyon. “Ce n’est rien” and “Chante” by Michel Fugain (also published by ACJ, no. 0131) were two of the four songs sung by the thousand chorists for the huge concert conducted by Nestor Zadoff.

This is probably the most famous song by Anthoine de Bertrand. This composer set to music about 85 poems by Pierre de Ronsard. The beautiful song “Ô doux plaisir” was also published by the Éditions À Coeur Joie (ref. ACJ 6060). These songs were published in three booklets between 1576 and 1578. These songs and Guillaume Boni’s are the best example that the line is fine between poetry and music.
