This is a version of one of the most played musical themes of the 16th century. The spiritual poetry written by Guillaume Guérault is sung by four voices and the melodic line is sung by the tenor. You have to respect the strict counterpoint with a careful voice and a great dynamism. The voices have to merge instead of being split. Another version intended for five voices composed by Roland de Lassus in his collection is available (ref. ACJ 53 0100).
