Mario Lanaro is a famous composer, but he also teaches composing and conducting in Conservatorio Verona. He also leads masterclasses in Busan, South Korea and many other countries.
“Memorare” (Remember) is based on a 11th century’s prayer written by St Bernard. This is an homage paid to Mary, mother of Christians and mother of the Church which protects his intercession’s prayers. There are divisi and short 4-soloist contributions. It is intended for rather big choirs.
