This “Notre Père” is a famous part of the choral series “Dix Choeurs sacrés.” It is the 6th section. Tchaïkovski composed 10 other songs based on texts of Orthodox liturgy. Nine songs were published in Moscow in 1885. “Angel vopiyashe” was published separately. This sheet music version is based on the first-known edition. Tchaïkovski did the mentions and he also did the Italian mention for piano parts in rehearsal.
