| |  Dimitri Tchesnokov is a young French Russian composer. This sheet music was ordered for a wedding. The musical theme is sung by each voice one at a time. The first part is incantatory, the second part highlights divisi voices and the incantation sung by tenors and basses and the simple homophonic conclusion is addressed to Virgin Mary. You can perform it without accompaniment or being accompanied on the organ, celesta, vibraphone and bell, which would highlight the poetic atmosphere. |
